Thank you for choosing Doughy Shop. To provide you with the best shopping experience, we have established the following shipping policy.

1. Shipping Costs We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. You do not need to pay any shipping fees regardless of your order value.

2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

3. Estimated Shipping Time After your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time within the United States is:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions, high volume, or other uncontrollable carrier factors.)

4. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all United States addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order You can track your package in real-time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
